Following the last episode about confidence and how confidence is created through belief patterns, Anke takes this one step forward and explains to you how beliefs get created in our life. She talks about what shapes them and why we believe what we believe. 

Before we change beliefs, we need to have awareness about what we currently believe. Anke explains this referring to one of her clients who is currently in the process of returning to work.
